These terms govern the Lutendo tester program: milestone points, their redemption, cashback, and return cases. Clause numbers are stable identifiers; the app refers to them.
T-1 Milestone points program
T-1.1 Nature of points
Milestone points are a loyalty benefit of the Lutendo platform. They are credited only for completed actions described in clause T-1.2 and cannot be purchased. Points are not money, not e-money and not a means of payment; they carry no monetary value except upon redemption under clause T-2.
T-1.2 Earning
Points are credited for the following milestones of a marketplace campaign application: application approval, purchase submission, review submission, review verification, and cashback confirmation. The number of points per milestone, including any speed-based multiplier between 1x and 2x, is shown in the app before and during participation. The credited value is fixed at the moment of crediting.
T-1.3 Reversal on campaign cancellation (exhaustive triggers)
Credited points for a campaign application are reversed in exactly two cases and in no others: (a) the seller cancels your accepted application, or (b) Lutendo administration cancels your application. The reversal equals exactly the points credited for that application, occurs at most once per application, and is shown as its own entry in your points history. You will be notified in the app when a reversal occurs. Lutendo has no right to revoke credited points at its discretion.
T-1.4 Negative balance
If a reversal exceeds your current points balance, the balance becomes negative. A negative balance is settled exclusively by offsetting against points you earn in the future. Lutendo will not demand payment of money from you for a negative balance caused by a cancellation under clause T-1.3.
T-1.5 No lapse by time; program changes
Points do not lapse through the mere passage of time. Lutendo may change or discontinue the points program for the future with at least three months' notice in text form; points credited before the change remain redeemable under the conditions applicable at crediting for at least twelve months after the notice.
T-2 Redemption of points
T-2.1 Rate and providers
Points are redeemable in the rewards store at the rate shown there at the time of redemption (currently 500 points = 5 EUR PayPal credit). Cash-value rewards are delivered through third-party payout providers; the provider's delivery conditions are shown before redemption.
T-2.2 Objective redemption conditions
A redemption requires that (a) your points balance is positive and covers the reward's point cost, and (b) no case under clause T-4 is open on your account. Both conditions are checked automatically; if a redemption is refused, the app names the specific condition that was not met.
T-2.3 Manipulation
Points obtained through conduct that violates these terms, namely reviews not based on a real purchase and test, the use of multiple accounts, or manipulation of milestones, may be reversed. The reversal is limited to the points attributable to the specific violating applications, and you will be notified with the reason.
T-3 Cashback
T-3.1 Lutendo-guaranteed cashback (own obligation)
Where a campaign is marked "Lutendo guaranteed", the cashback claim arises upon fulfilment of the campaign conditions solely and directly against Lutendo. Lutendo pays this cashback as its own contractual obligation, by SEPA transfer or the payout method offered in the app. Your claim does not depend on whether, when, or in what amount the seller pays Lutendo.
T-3.2 Conditions and timing
The cashback conditions (eligible purchase, order verification, review verification where the campaign requires it) and the payout amount are shown per campaign before you apply. Lutendo-guaranteed cashback is paid after the final campaign condition is verified, at the latest within 14 days.
T-3.3 Seller-paid cashback (self mode)
Where a campaign is not marked "Lutendo guaranteed", the cashback claim runs solely against the seller of that campaign. Lutendo operates the platform, transmits the seller's payout confirmation, and provides the dispute tools of clause T-4, but is not the debtor of this cashback.
T-3.4 Product return voids the cashback
The cashback compensates a kept and tested product. If you return the product or your purchase is cancelled or refunded by the marketplace, the cashback claim for that order lapses; cashback already paid for a returned order must be repaid through the settlement process in the app.
T-4 Return cases
T-4.1 Opening and pause
If a seller reports an order as returned, a case is opened and you are notified in the app immediately. While the case is open, cashback and point redemptions on your account are paused. Sellers can open at most a limited number of cases per day, and every case is reviewable.
T-4.2 Resolution, annulment, appeal
A case ends either by settlement through the process shown in the app or by annulment. If you consider a case wrong, contact support through the link in the case notification; a case found to be mistaken is annulled with full effect: the pause ends and the case does not count against your account, your trust level or your history.
